Although our clients are free to select from our menu of services we have two distinct propositions.

Let Only Service
This service is aimed at the landlord who is prepared to commit a high proportion of energy, time and resources on the day-to-day operation of their let. Findarentalpad will ensure that all the necessary details have been taken care of and the tenancy gets underway as seamlessly as possible. This service is offered for a one off initial payment, which will cover viewings,tenant references, tenant selection,internet advertising and documentation processing.

Full Management Service
This service is aimed at those who require a complete management service and do not wish to be involved with the day-to-day running of their let. Basically, Findarentalpad take care of everything from initial marketing of the property to finding suitable tenants,all safety checks,setting up the rental agreements,collection the rent,inspections and organisation of any repairs. This service is provided on a commission basis with Findarentalpad taking a percentage of the agreed monthly rent.
